Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return any unworn and unwashed waterproof apparel or accessories for a full refund. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging and include the printed return slip inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
